Terms of Service

Welcome to App Off Timer! This is the Terms of Service (hereinafter called “Terms”) that serve as an agreement between you and X-MORE, LTD (hereinafter called “x-more”,”we” or “us”) for your use of our mobile device application(hereinafter called “App”). To make these Terms easier to read, our services and the App are collectively called as “Services”.

Agreement to Terms

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.If you do not agree to these Terms, kindly do not use the Services.

Changes to Terms or Services

We can modify the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. In that case, we will let you know by posting the modified Terms on the App or through other communications. It is important to confirm the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the Services after we have posted modified Terms, that means you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by the modified Terms, then you can not use the Services anymore. Our Services are evolving over time at our sole discretion, so we might change or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time and without notice.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Services are the property of us.

General Prohibitions

Rights in App Granted by x-more. The User must not engage in any of the following acts in the use of the Service.

(1) Actions that violate or may violate the law or public order and morals. (2) Actions that infringes or may infringe on the copyrights, other intellectual property rights or property interests of the Company or a third party. (3) Actions that interferes with or may interfere with the operation of the Service. (4) Actions that causes or may cause disadvantage to other users or third parties. (5) Actions that defames the reputation of us or the Service, or that may do so. (6) Actions that reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software information and copyrights contained in the Service. (7) Actions that directly or indirectly benefits anti-social forces in connection with our services. (8) Other actions that we deems inappropriate.

X-more reserves all rights in and to the App not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

Modifying and Terminating our Services

We constantly change and improve our Services. We may add or remove functionalities, and we may suspend stop the Service altogether. You can stop using our Services at any time. Thank you for your understanding.

The disclaimer

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. However, there is a certain thing that we can not promise about our Services. We are not responsible for any loss or other determinants as a result of using our Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

(1) The laws of Japan shall apply to the formation, validity, performance and resolution of this Agreement. (2) All disputes relevant to Terms or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kyoto District Court as court of first instance.
