How to use the settings per app screen

When you tap the application name on the installation application list screen (the screen displayed first when you launch App Off Timer), the setting screen for each application is displayed.

Timer Settings

Off Timer

You can set how much use of time consecutively the monitoring applications. For example, if you set 10 min, App Off Timer will quit the monitoring application in 10 minutes from the start of use. If you quit yourself in 8 minutes from the start of use, it can be used again for 10 minutes.

Wait time

You can set interval time that until the application that was terminated by the timer function can be used next. For example, if you set 2 hours, you can not use the monitoring application for 2 hours after it has terminated by the timer function.

Limit Settings

Limit per day

For each application, you can set usage limit time for the day. Unlike the timer function, it becomes a limit on the cumulative time of the day. It is reset at 0 o’clock every day.

For each application, you can set a time zone that can not be used. Multiple time zones can be set within one day. If you want to delete the registered time zone, swipe the target time zone to the right or left on the time zone limit setting screen.
